Pokemon B/W forums official

PM if you want to be the Official pokemon of the EPTCPokemon B/W forums
but here's how it works
1. if you are choosing a Evolution you will be imediatly moved down to the first form (baby pokemon count to)
2. You can choose a single form pokemon
3. Legendaries will NOT be accepted unless you have enough Points (legendaries will have there own forum)
4. in order to evolve you must have enough points (also will be in forum)
5. this will be a helpfull system when creating an RPG
6. you can change your pokemon if you have enough points
7.shiny pokemon are not accepted (until poke B/W is realesed in JP)
8. instead of shiny pokemon you can choose your own color

10. becoming a pokemon is for free (unless its a legendary)
11. once a pokemon is chosen it cannot be chosen again (unless the previous official changes their pokemon)
12: there can be more than 1 pokemon but for only special pokemon
12a. Eevee max 7
12b. Ralts max 2 (1 female 1 male)
12c. Combee max 2 (1 female 1 male)
12d. Poliwag max 2
