New Move / Ability Ideas

MOVES:
1. clear skies: removes all weather
2. deep freeze: freezes the opponent, but only has an accuracy of 50%
3. lightning storm: 140 base power electric attack, but lowers sp atk sharply
4. flame dance: raises sp atk and atk
5. cyclone: 95 base power, special flying move, may confuse
6. shock kick: 90 base power, physical electric move, high critical hit ratio, may paralyze
7. mind corrupt: 1-hit ko psychic move, like sheer cold, 30% accuracy
8. tidal wave: 140 base power water attack, but sharply lowers sp atk
9. boiled water: 70 base power special water move, may burn opponent
10. terrain shift: ground type move, battlers switch pokes
11. thick fog: summons fog, flying type
12. (by CT) hit and run: 40 base power, dark physical priority attack. after attacking the user switches out
13. (by CT) sonic roar: 20 base power special attack. after hitting this move forces the target to switch, similar to wirlwind.
14. (by stardust) shadow boost: raises special atk and speed 1 stage each, ghost type
15. (by otaku) sleepwalk: maxes the users speed stat, but only works while the pkmn is asleep
16. frigid water: special, 70 base power water attk, may freeze the target
17. (by ct) sub-zero blast: 80 base power special ice attack, has a 30% chance of causing deep freeze.
18. detonate: 200 base power special steel attk. the user faints upon using this move
19. skunk spray: skuntanks signature move, 90% accuracy, poisons all pokemon on the field, random poison severity.
20. (by ct) jump start: the user removes its ability, cuts its hp by half, and boosts atk and speed 2 stages. ONE time use only.
ABILITIES:

i brought this over from eptc, feel free to suggest more moves

I have another idea for Skunk spray: effects all opponents on the field and lowers speed and accuracy by one stage (covering nose u would lower speed and cant see cause your like Ahhh my eyes)

Hey Skunk needs some help right plus that will make him ou or fine how bout it lowers speed by two sages?

eh possibility of 1 stage cuz otherwise it completely outclasses scary face

How about an ability? Like heat cut...idk. But it cuts spd atk and def by half in sun...maybe in rain/hail it doubles spd/atk or boosts by 1.5

maybe an ability that triples attack and defense during the Acid rain glitch and brings speed to 1 and we'll call it TriAcid

well nintendo already copied one of my move ideas lets see what else they copy

there should be a move named Fire Attack haha. some names really sound bad so far imo

oh and boiled water is what they stole

the whole water inlficts burn thing was somthing common in the real world xD

the same name's actuallt used too xD

so, now that b/w have come out lets review!

the 2 moves that were created on this forum that resemble actual new moves were:

Bioled Water: extremely similar to the new move Scald, its dead on except Scald has 10 more base power, quite an impressive prediction.

Cyclone: very comparable to B/W's Hurricane; both are special flying attacks that may also confuse, but Hurricane has 120 base power, while Cyclone had 95.

all other moves, although they may share some traits with some new moves, were not acurate enough to make the list.

a lot of those actually have the same effect, like flame dance-cheer up. Scald is farther off of Boiling water then flame dance is to cheer up. it should count....

and haha scald is a short name

O.o oh i must of missed flame dance, yup that too.

and at least scald is 5 letters and not an hm @.@
