    While waterfall can be found route 18.

    The plates can be obtained in Abyssal ruins. And so can rare items that go for 2000000.

    The only way to get elemental stones is from Black city/White forest shop (which are expensive and unobtainable until u have freinds vist from B-city/W-forest)

    you can also find those stones in caves; sometimes theres a shaking spot and if you step on it you might get a stone.

    the rock/fighting is in victory road, the others ill need to check the map for. and depending on your game version, youll either see the pure flying type, or the electric / flying genie roaming around like latios/as from gen 3. if you get both of those genies, and take them to the little house in the back of the abundant shrine, the ground / flying will appear.
