If a rule is broken, the battle will end, no matter what the score for either player is, and you may challenge again tomorrow. If rules are broken repeatedly (3 times or more) or purposely, you'll have to wait a week before your next challenge.

EDIT: This gym is, for now, only challengable via the software program called Pokemon Online.
