I was going through my PC boxes in my SoulSilver game and realized that I have a lot of Pokemon who are physical walls and hardly any special walls. So I got the idea that I should train some more special wall's. So, as the title of this suggests, what are some Pokemon that can be used as a good special wall? (I'm already aware of Blissy, Umbreon, Tentacruel, and Regice).

Hahah. Good point. But I'm not saying that just because its NU. I happen to like a lot of NU pokes. Its just that remembering my encounters with it in my "Ruby and Emerald days" I didn't really expect it to have good enough Special defense to be a special wall or good enough of anything to be anything else in that matter.

yep its got great sp.def, ok hp, and it can recover 
plus if your fighting something like milotic, his color change makes it tough to take down, since lotics usually just have surf / ice beam.
