This team still seems so...defensive. Having 3 status users is probably overdoing it, and chances are you won't be able to pull off all 3 anyways.
Persian should get Technician and a Life Orb, and be used as a poor man's Ambipom.
The 'Slash set seems pretty standard, I guess Toxic could work, but it's not really bulky enough to tank a lot of walls anyways..I would suggest Knock Off for more team support, which cripples walls anyways by killing their Leftovers.
I would offer Seismic Toss for Regice, so it doesnt have to focus any EVs into spatk, and can rather help focus on it's impressive HP and defenses.
Personally, I've never been a fan of Luxray, since it's not fast nor able to tank attacks. But I guess it fits into your team. Give it Ice Fang, since it's atk is higher and offers complete coverage with the electric/ice combo that is only resisted by Shedninja/Lanturn.
I would give Armaldo Stone Edge over Rock Slide, even if assuming that you would outrace just about everything after one polish. 37.5 extra base power after stab seems to be worth the flinch and 10% acc sacrifice.
If you want to stick with this set of pokemon, I would suggest Haunter as the last pokemon, since it can help you with Fighting and Ground moves that would trouble your Persian, Regice, and Luxray. It also provides much needed speed and special sweeping that your team seems to lack. Nothing from your team can come in and do something right away. Armaldo needs to set up, and Luxray just isnt that fast. Persian doesn't really do much damage either. Haunter with a Life Orb/Choice Specs can probably help your weaknesses and provide a much needed sweeper.
