    So? which do you think is better or would win 1-on-1?
    i say politoed. Poliwrath has decent attack, but it probably only needs to hit politoad 2 or three times. polited has psychic, and probably 1-2 hit kos it. plus i just like politoad more Smile its got a nice expression Politoed vs Poliwrath 186

    um actually yea drizzle kinda does Razz its the only non-uber poke that can make perminant rain. poliwrath... nothing too special about it idk

    idk, it depends on what type of guy you are. Like Toad, it makes drizzle but thats really only good for water types. Wraith has more fighting moves so you can throw people off. And Politoad has like only like water and normal type moves. And probably hypnosis.

    politoad's got a few good moves. surf ( Razz z ) , ice beam, hyper voice, psychic, focus blast, that new boiling water thing, some ground and dark moves too. but yeah, depends on what you want

    rain helps steel, grass, ice, and electric types too.

    rain weakens super effective fire, and makes thunder hit 100%
