How about we at EPTC start are own CAP project? Its like the one on smogon how everything is set up, a topic leader, ideas, etc. So good idea or bad?

Well we wont call it CaP, maybe PCP (Pokemon Creation Project) and we dont have to use it in battles or anything for the start, just to see what the community can do with art and sprites.

and well...someone that can sprite the basic outline then use something like gimp/photoshop to color/shade

They dont have CAP copyrighted or anything so we can do it if we want. Also the people at Smogon are more mature to come to another site and spam (and if they do the admin of this site can just ban them)
