Lucario....

i dont get why hes so high on the ssbb tier chart o.O i think most of his moves are terrible, and the only things good about him are his grabs, side smash, Dair, and B projectile. his up smash basically cant be used when the opponent isnt right above you, unlike pikas, falcos, metas, etc, who can dash and hit with it. also his Nair is pretty laggy, and his Uair is weak. lucarios counter can actually miss, he has a predictable recovery, and his side B is laggy and completely redundant and over shadowed by his other moves (side smash / B aura sphere). plus besides his B hes got pretty average reach at best and no spiking capability. whats your opinion? does lucario deserve the current tier spot?

Lucario currently ranks 11th on the tier list, due to having a nice balance of power, speed and range, due to his aura. His recovery is also good, as it can be angled almost anywhere, and goes a decent distance. He doesnt have a direct mateor smash, but he can stage spike easily with alll of his aerials.
He can combo with all of his moves, except his smashes and Uspecial, and he can juggle characters like Snake with 0-50% combos. Lucario also has the best charge up projectile, due to the power it can get to and the fact it can hurt opponents while charging.

However, it has no real killing power until it gets to around 80%, which at that point, means Lucario can be killed by a powerfull smash or tilt e.g Snakes FSmash. Due to this, Lucario is clocked into the B tier.

eh i didnt say ppl couldnt use him effectively, just that hes not that great of a char and in all respects that snake was pretty spamy so... hm

As ive said, spam doesnt matter in a competetive aspect. Plus my essay was about the character, not how people play him

yea but its pretty cheap how they basically just used his A, up/side tilt, Nair, and grabs. not even once using his Fair, Dair, diwn tilt, or B attacks, and rarely doing the remaining moves i havent said. >_>
