After a day web page coding...

I learned using my brain too much makes me sleepy.

I went to work after working on something... It might sound pathetic if you are skilled with html/css, but it wasn't pathetic to me. Anyway. I was at work. The bill was $19.98. The person gave me a $20. I gave them a $1 bill back.

Luckily I won't be fired anytime soon. |D

So... Did anyone learn anything over the summer? Doesn't have to be much.

as for me... i learned that playing the guitar is not as easy as it looks... not even close x_x

Haha... I tried learning guitar last summer.

I don't know if I've said, but I can play piano, harp, violin, viola, cello, and flute... Probably percussion stuff if I attempt to learn it. But guitar. Guitar is the only thing (so far) I really can't play. No matter how hard I try. My hands can't really grasp the concept... if that makes any sense at all. o3o

I learned that, Summer School is way easier than real school.(Don't worry I was absent too much)

Lol... I wish we had summer school here. Then I could fit more classes in during my school year. More classes I want to take. o3o Such as 2-D art so I can take photography and stuff... or ceramic art, or whatever it's called. I know we had summer P.E. That... sucked. x.x

If you learn drums... you should teach me how to read the music for it. ... Actually... you should just teach me. XD
I want to join the percussion ensemble in my school, but one, I don't have time; and two, ...Well actually, I guess there is no two. The requirement for percussion ensemble in my school is to know how to play the piano very well. (After playing for 12 years... I think I'm pretty good. Yay for random rare occurrence of self-confidence.)

Well... I know there are techniques with how you use the sticks. Something with the wrist... it like helps with doing fast parts and stuff... I can assure you that your fingers on a flute or any instrument requiring the finger to create the note will move faster than your hand/wrist with the sticks. And there's like... hitting certain areas to make it sound a certain way if I remember correctly. The only problem I would have with drums is syncopation. o3o... I suck at timing...

Yeah.

Though I still think the piano is the easiest. No need for adjusting yourself to make the notes in tune. You get a tuner to make the notes in tune. I think most people find the piano hard due to putting two hands together and stuff... Or maybe because of the huge amount of keys... (But... they're all the same basically. xD)

Which reminds me... I learned to play some songs on the piano this summer. It wasn't much though...

the way they taught to hold the drum sticks hurt my fingers at that time...
