mine are:
1. quilfish will evolve
2. sableye will evolve
3. the ability "terravoltage" allows the user to hit ground types with electric moves (chu's idea)
4. ppl will be able to trade items via gts
5. the move "gear saucer" will be a special attack.

but idk it kinda looks like it's type fits somehow. if you look at zekroms sprite you can see he has a little light thing on the back of his head, so electric makes sense.
