This is a UU team I've been using on Pokemon Showdown with great success. It's mainly focused on unusual movesets and good defensive typing, and takes advantage of the surprise factor associated with it.
------------------------------------
Whimsicott @ Choice Specs
EVs: 252 Sp.Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Timid
Ability: Infiltrator
Moves: Energy Ball, Moonblast, Switcheroo, Fake Tears
-This is generally my lead. I've considered using Giga Drain over Energy Ball and possibly Stun Spore over Fake Tears. Prankster could work here too, though I'm not sure which ability would be better. Switcheroo often takes lead scouts or hazard users by surprise and can render them next to useless.
------------------------------------
Chandelure @ Leftovers
Evs: 252 Def, 252 HP, 4 Speed
Nature: Bold
Ability: Flame Body
Moves: Flamethrower, Calm Mind, Shadow Ball, Pain Split
-A physically defensive Chandelure with Calm Mind for set-up, and Pain Split for recovery. The Flame Body ability here is key as many people seem unaware that it can even have it (assuming it has Flash Fire), and it only adds to it's physical bulk.
-----------------------------------
Flygon @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Speed
Nature: Impish
Ability: Levitate
Moves: Earthquake, Roost, Defog, Toxic
-Basically a faster, frailer Gliscor. It comes in handy as a sponge pretty often and can easily switch in on any hazards and remove them with Defog. I had U-turn over Toxic before but found I needed some sort of Status more. Typically, Flygons are offensive Choice item users.
-----------------------------------
Absol @ Choice Scarf
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Jolly
Ability: Super Luck
Moves: Night Slash, Pursuit, Psycho Cut, Superpower
-Nope, no Sucker Punch, Swords Dance, or Mega Stone; instead a Scarf. With High-Crit moves and Super Luck, I believe the chance to land a critical hit is 50%, which isn't bad.
------------------------------------
Crobat @ Black Sludge
EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Sp.Atk, 4 HP
Nature: Timid
Ability: Infiltrator
Moves: Sludge Bomb, Heatwave, Nasty Plot, Substitute
-A Nasty Plot sweeper. Crobat can often switch in on ground, grass, poison, or fighting type attacks and proceed to Sub-up and Set-up without worrying about the opponent's Subs due to Infiltrator. Crobat is usually an MVP.
------------------------------------
Blastoise @ Assault Vest
EVs: 232 HP, 252 Atk, 24 Speed
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Torrent
Moves: Aqua Jet, Power-Up Punch, Waterfall, Ice Punch
-A specially-bulky physical tank Blastoise. It can take a lot of abuse on the special side with the Assault Vest while simultaneously being able to set-up with Power-Up Punch. It's a threat with STAB priority and a potential Torrent Boost and usually takes people by surprise.
