its more of a what should i put in the last slot kinda thing. hp fire really is pretty nice, but its base power is only 55, so kinda low. psychic gives decent coverage since it hits poison for SE damage. energy ball helps neither of the types that resist its stab. shadow ball....meh. pretty much asking is hp fire (55) worth it, or should i put psychic over it

hmmm... doesnt need a 2nd atk for sure, you could go with stun spore for the last slot... other wise you could try energy ball for jellicent or psychic for fighters like conkledurr, i mean 55 hp fire isnt very useful

yeah, compound eyes. third gen, so yeah.

i thought about psychic actually. cause when i was leveling it up in the e4, the fighting leader would be tough.
so psychic/stun spore/ or sub?
stun spore still leaves it vulnerable though. sub could be useful imo. quiver dance on a switch, sleep powder the switch in, and sub on the switch out?

hmm well really the only thing seperating free from venomoth is compound eyes, so personally id take advantage of that as much as possible with stun spore + sleep powder...
but yea sub works great with those moves, my moth kills with it
