    nice 2 use as a overlay effect for backrounds i use in almost all my graphics (gimp use)

    steps:

    1. open as layer

    2. scale layer 2 cover backround completely

    3. select "overlay" on layer modes

    4. watch your backround change into pure art

    yea this is basic using other images 2 make effects easy stuff


    photoshop being better then gimp is a urban legend it all depends how you use it but gimp is a easier version of photoshop no quality difference
