Standard rules. 3 stock, 8 minute time, best of 3. Permitted stages are: Final Destination, Battlefield, Smashville, Yoshis Island (brawl only) and Pokemon Stadium (melee only) No items.
Camping is allowed, but not too much.

this is the brawl equivilent of of a pokemon gym, u challenge and try to win a badge, or in this case, a medal
