At this point my favorite is Mega Banette. And I expect that when A and Z (at this point I'm only guessing that's the names to the sequels) we'll see more mega evolutions, and maybe some more new pokemon and a side region as well.

Z is going to happen for sure; some of Zygarde's hidden moves (Thousand Arrows, Thousand Waves) were already revealed via hacking, but he can't learn them as is, so he'll probably be getting a new form or two in the next game(s) with those as signature moves.
Hopefully we get some more pokemon, preferably some new evolutions for older ones
