So you know how to EV? Then Im sure you know that certain pokes give out certain EVs. This guide will help you pin-point exactly where (what routes) you can find an abundance pokemon that give out the EVs you require. (this guide corresponds to Hg/Ss versions only)

    ATTACK

Location: Outside the Power Plant / Rock Tunnel (Surf), Mt. Silver

    Attack Pokemon found here:
    Goldeen (1 EV) / Seaking (2 EVs)

    -Notes:
The water surrounding the Power Plant and Rock Tunnel contains mostly Goldeens and the occasional Seaking on levels of about 15. The water that can be seen as soon as you enter Mt. Silver is the reverse; Seakings are common, while seeing a Goldeen will be rare. Seakings in this area range from level 30 to 50.
You will only encounter these two Pokemon in the mentioned spots.

    Sp.ATTACK

    -Location: Route 6

    -Sp.Attack Pokemon found here:
    Psyduck (1 EV) / Golduck (2 EVs)

-Notes: These two ducks can only be found while surfing on the small body of water found on the South-West part of the route. The level of these wild pokemon range from Level 5 to about level 15. Golduck is rarer than Psyduck. You will only encounter these two Pokemon in this spot.

    Sp.DEFENSE

    -Location: Routes 19, 20, 21, 40, 41

    -Sp.Defense Pokemon found here:
    Tentacool (1 EV) / Tentacruel (2 EVs)

-Notes: Basically any aquatic ocean route will contain a high encounter rate of tentacool. Tentacruels are rarer. The levels of these pokemon vary due to the number of routes they can be found on. However none will excede 40.

    SPEED

    -Location: Diglet's Cave

    -Speed EV Pokemon found here:
    Diglet (1 EV) / Dugtrio (2 EVs)

-Notes: This is a perfect training spot for Speed training as it only contains pokemon that boost speed EVs when defeated. Most of the time you will find diglets, occasionally dugtrios. Their levels range from the teens to 20s.
