Has anyone else noticed that Ash, from the pokemon anime, hasn't grown at all in 14 or 15 years??? The only thing thats really changed is his voice (but thats normal for a boy)... If the show starts and he's like 11'ish... by now he should be 25 or 26... but if you want to go by the time line or the show and everything... he'd atleast be around 19 or 20... What are your thoughts... personally i dont like Ash, i like Pokemon Special more where they had the guy with the Typholion... but whatever...

So for the start of the Isshu region he'll be aroun d later 14 to mid-15... hmm... okay... but whats this time line or whatever that ur talking about Star??? Do they mention his age at all.... the only reason i knew he had to be atleast 11 is because they had to make it very clear that Max couldnt become a trainer yet in Hoenn....

i agree he does... i wouldnt mind the show if they just changed the main character.... but they're getting rid of Brock and Dawn, so the show might be more barable....

Well wasnt the thing that u started at age 10 to never come home again and go off with pokemon with nothing over a 4th grade education yet you some how support yourself but nobody knows how u do. Time in Anime isn't the same as real life. Pokemon runs - I believe - on a ratio of 3 real years = 1 anime year. That does fit in well with everything.

i know this hasnt been posted in for like a couple of months but.....
Nintendo doesnt care about the old fans
each season they start over with similar episodes to the original series. each season doesnt really make progress. that story finishes, but then its like everything gets reset. nintendo doesnt care about letting fans know what happens next, they just want to attract new fans to the franchise/whatever
