Swinub w/Focus Sash
Evs:
Speed and Attack
Nature: Jolly,Naive(-sp.d),or Hasty(-def)(all +speed)
Moves:
Endeavor
Ice Shard
protect
endure
Standard Play:
This swinub aims to do one thing: get down to 1hp, endeavor the oppponent, and follow up with an ice shard to finish them off. Swinub in particular is a fantastic endeavor sweeper due to the fact that it can not be KOed by hail or sandstorm, after it has survived a hit with focus sash. It would be wise to set up stealth rock prior to sending out swinub, as even if your opponent switches out after being endeavored in order to avoid ice shard, that pokemon is literally out of the game. This is because it will be KOed after switching back in, since it will have only 1hp (ideally) left. However, if your opponent manages to spin away stealth rock, they can safely switch it back in. Also, ice shard affects all types, no pokemon is immune to it. However, endeavor will still fail against ghost types, so prediction on your part is key. And finally, endure and protect are suggested instead of other attacks mainly because swinub wont be doing much damage regardless. So instead, protect guards against fake out which would ruin this set, and endure incase you switch into spikes / stealth rock, or somehow manage to survive a hit without the aid of focus sash.
Note: using endure is only recommended when facing a slower opponent, such as marowak.
